Yoga in the Library

Join yoga instructor and librarian Shannon Spencer for a relaxing yoga session on the first floor of the MKL. 

Come as you are!

No special clothing or a mat required, but you're welcome to bring one, if you have one. This session will be very gentle and accessible to everyone. Come join us as we relieve stress, stretch our bodies, and relax our minds.
